These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General
      We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. We have tied up with a    reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of items across cities.
Delivery Terms
Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday (Excluding public holidays).
Transit Time Domestically
      In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 daysDispatch Time                                                                                Orders are usually dispatched within a business day of payment of order.
Change Of Delivery Address                                                                    For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Tracking Notifications
        Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
(a) You receive a faulty or defective product
(b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
(c) You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page

Conditions for returning products
The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels, etc.
Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.
Brand packaging should be intact.
Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time.
Misusing e-commerce return policy is a legal offence. If the returned product does not comply with the aforementioned policies, the product shall be shipped back to the customer at the shipping expense of the customer.
 Once the replacement has been processed no alteration in the order is allowed.
