- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging.
Inspection and Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
